External Opt-Out Policy

The TMX Finance® Family of Companies (collectively, the “Company”, “we”, or “us”), program manager of Universe Silver, follows all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations regarding all marketing/solicitation calls and text messages. We maintain internal opt-out lists to ensure customer preferences are updated as soon as is practical upon receiving an opt-out request. We ensure all communication campaigns (including but not limited to: texts, emails, mailers, calls and voicemail drops) are scrubbed against our internal lists, as well as the Federal Do Not Call List (when applicable) prior to deployment to ensure all customer preferences are honored.

You can manage your Universe Silver communication preferences in our mobile app or online at www.UniverseSilver.com. You can also opt-out of other direct Company and/or select Universe Silver communications by emailing us at optout@titlemax.com, or by calling the Company customer service line at 1-800-804-5368, or the Universe Silver customer service line at 1-800-483-6634. You can also provide a written or verbal request to opt-out of certain targeted communications at the store level. Once we receive your request, the corporate office will add you to our internal opt-out list for the method of contact indicated (i.e. calls, texts, emails, mailers, etc.). The corporate office will also indicate your opt-out preferences in our various operational systems. At that time, we will cease future targeted communication efforts for the indicated method of contact unless you opt back into such communications at a later time.

You can also stop receiving email communications by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any promotional email. To stop receiving Universe Silver text messages, reply to any Universe Silver text message with the word “STOP.” We will update your preferences accordingly, but it may take a short amount of time for your request to be fully processed.

Please note that certain legally required transactional and informational mailers and/or emails pertaining to your Universe Silver account may still be sent.
